Lead,train, and supervise store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient daily operations.
Manage employee schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and team morale.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
Develop and implement strategies to attract customers, increase store traffic, and drive profitability.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment, and maintain cost controls in alignment with budget targets.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction levels.
Oversee daily financial activities, including sales tracking, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and support ongoing staff development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within foodservice or retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic financial acumen, including budgeting and sales analysis.
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to the restaurant industry.
