Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Store Manager

to oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and achieve sales targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Supervise and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display standards Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving monthly targets Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
