Business Development -Assistant Store Manager- Job Responsibilities:

Developing strategies for driving sales growth across target sectors. Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods Proactively understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to convert them. Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses Maintain various Reports, analyze and present it to the management. Ensuring that Client Queries are effectively handled and resolved via calls or emails. Ensuring that proper calls & email etiquette are met to ensure the best customer experience at all times. Responsible for defining the monthly sales targets of the sales team and ensuring that the same are achieved. Reviewing the performance of the sales team from time to time weekly/monthly/ yearly Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales. Analyzing the training needs of the team and developing the training module to ensure the best of customer experience. Understanding client needs and offering them assistance with the requested queries. Should have excellent Numerical Ability and can do data analysis to arrive at scenarios.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
