Job Description

Strong expertise in the core operational areas of a retail/studio environment:

Financial Acumen & Billing: Proficiency in handling daily sales, managing the Point of Sale (POS) system, and ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processing.
Inventory Master: A proven track record in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, conducting regular counts, and minimizing shrinkage. You know how to keep our shelves stocked and our stock numbers accurate!
Team Leadership: Ability to motivate, train, and manage a small team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a tidy, well-organized studio space.
The Role Involves:

Overseeing all daily studio operations.
Managing all aspects of billing and cash handling.
Implementing and maintaining efficient inventory control systems.
Ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
