Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operations of all assigned stores.
Regularly visit each store
to monitor performance, staff conduct, stock levels, and compliance.
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
Ensure all stores follow company policies, visual standards, and hygiene requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and review sales, expense, and performance reports for all stores.
Plan and implement sales promotions and operational improvements.
Coordinate with the management team for new initiatives and store needs
