The

Store Manager

is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and operational excellence to drive the team and store performance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Performance

Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs. Implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales. Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to improve performance.

2. Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop store staff. Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure optimal coverage. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Motivate and coach team members to improve performance and engagement.

3. Customer Service

Ensure a superior customer experience at all times. Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Promote a customer-first culture among staff.

4. Store Operations

Ensure compliance with all operational standards, company policies, and procedures. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrink control. Ensure timely opening and closing of the store as per SOPs. Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards.

5. Reporting & Administration

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports. Monitor store expenses and manage budgets efficiently. Ensure adherence to cash handling and banking procedures.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Experience

: Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or retail management is preferred. Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
