Customer Experience:
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, handle queries, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Team Management:
Supervise sales staff, allocate responsibilities, conduct training, and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
Sales & Targets:
Monitor store performance, drive sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure footwear displays are attractive and align with brand standards.
Inventory Control:
Manage stock levels, ensure accurate billing, and reduce shrinkage.
Reporting:
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback.
Promotions:
Execute in-store campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate or equivalent (retail/footwear/fashion background preferred).
Experience:
2-3 years in retail (footwear or fashion industry preferred).
Skills:
Strong communication (English essential, Hindi & Kannada a plus).
Leadership and team management abilities.
Customer service orientation.
Sales and target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of footwear categories and sizing.
Other Attributes:
Presentable, energetic, and approachable.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask under pressure.
