Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Manage end-to-end clinic operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning. Implement SOPs to maintain consistency and efficiency across all departments. Oversee inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

Deliver a customer-first experience with empathy, transparency, and professionalism. Handle escalations, resolve queries, and ensure pet parents leave delighted. Drive

NPS (Net Promoter Score)

targets through proactive feedback collection and service improvements. Build long-term relationships with pet parents, ensuring repeat visits and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise doctors, groomers, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivate the team to deliver excellence. Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and empathy.

Business & Growth

Monitor clinic P&L, revenue, and cost efficiencies. Drive service adoption (consultations, diagnostics, grooming, preventive care, pet food, etc.). Support marketing initiatives, local outreach, and community-building activities. Contribute insights for scaling operations and improving processes.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Veterinary Sciences, Healthcare, or related fields.

2-5 years of experience

in managing operations in

pet care, QSR, retail, or healthcare

. Strong understanding of

SOPs, process management, and customer service excellence

. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to work on CRM, POS, and operational tools. Passion for pets and a genuine desire to improve their healthcare experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
