Experience Center Manager - Full-Time Role (Bangalore Based)

Location: Whitefield / Sarjapur, Bangalore
CTC: ?6-9 LPA (Based on experience)
Work Mode: Onsite, 6 days/week

We're looking for an energetic and hands-on

Experience Center Manager

to lead operations, customer experience, and sales at our flagship interior decor experience center.

This role comes with full ownership of the center's commercial performance and team. It's ideal for someone who loves the action on the floor, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to be part of a new-age retail + tech brand in the home improvement space.

What we're building:

A new-age home decor destination--tiles, wall & floor materials, laminates, and more--offered directly from manufacturers to customers.

Online-first, now expanding offline across Bangalore 10,000+ homes served Backed by leading global investors (Accel, Y Combinator, etc.) Clocking $5M+ annualized revenue in just 3 years

What you'll do:

Client Experience & Sales

: Own customer experience, act as a brand ambassador, and drive sales conversions

Team Management

: Hire, train, and manage EC staff with performance focus

Sales Reporting & Growth

: Track sales, analyze performance, and improve KPIs

Visual Merchandising

: Ensure strong presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines

Customer Relations

: Manage queries, collect feedback, and build customer loyalty

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Work with marketing/sales to improve lead quality and execution

Product Knowledge Training

: Continuously upgrade the team's understanding of products and industry trends

You're a great fit if you:

Have

retail sales experience

, especially in

high-ticket items

(furniture/interiors/home/construction is a bonus) Love managing store teams and creating great in-store experiences Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with walk-in customers Can handle ambiguity and enjoy working in fast-growing startups Are proactive, experimental, and goal-driven Can commit to 50-60 hours/week (onsite, 6 days/week) Want to build and lead operations -- not just think strategy from afar

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
