Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing store staff, and coordinating with the design and production teams to deliver customized products as per customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations:

Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock levels. Manage store opening and closing procedures.

Customer Service & Sales:

Assist walk-in customers with design selections and customization options. Guide customers through the ordering process and timelines. Handle complaints or issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records and follow-up for repeat business.

Team Management:

Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets. Organize training sessions for team members on product knowledge and customer interaction. Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.

Coordination:

Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising departments to ensure timely delivery of customized orders. Track order status and keep customers informed of progress or delays.

Sales Reporting & Inventory:

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment. Prepare reports for senior management and suggest strategies to improve store performance.

Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store layout and displays are appealing and aligned with the brand image.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in apparel or sportswear. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sportswear trends and basic understanding of fabric types and customization processes. Basic computer skills - familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and order tracking tools. Ability to work under pressure and handle customer expectations. Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling customized or made-to-order products. Knowledge of local sports communities, teams, or academies is a plus.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
