Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Lead, train, and manage store staff to achieve performance targets.

Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints.

Enforce store policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Control store expenses and manage budgets effectively.
