We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Store Manager
to lead operations at our JOCKEY showroom in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience aligned with the JOCKEY brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, inventory, and staff management.
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Drive sales targets and implement promotional strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
Ensure visual merchandising and store hygiene standards are consistently met.
Generate daily/weekly reports and share insights with management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for retail excellence.
