Store Manager - Srinagar

We are opening a flagship store in Srinagar, bringing together

Retail, Studio, and Museum

under one roof. We are looking for an experienced

Store Manager

to oversee operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all three verticals.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations: sales, inventory, staff, and customer service. Oversee

Retail Shop

(sales & merchandising),

Studio

(photography, printing, framing), and

Museum

(visitor management, events). Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet targets and maintain quality. Ensure smooth coordination between retail, creative, and cultural functions. Handle financial reporting, compliance, and store security. Report to senior management with regular updates.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in store/retail operations (lifestyle, art, or hospitality preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams. Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
