Key Responsibilities:1. Retail Shop Area
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising.
Ensure an excellent customer experience, from walk-ins to billing.
Train, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain product displays and ensure stock levels are adequate.
2. Studio
Manage photography/printing/framing studio operations.
Coordinate client bookings, project timelines, and delivery schedules.
Ensure quality control across all studio services (prints, frames, design customizations).
Work closely with the design/production team to deliver customer requirements.
Monitor equipment and ensure proper maintenance for smooth workflow.
3. Museum Area
Oversee visitor management, ticketing, and guided experiences.
Ensure the museum is well-maintained, engaging, and aligned with the brand's heritage.
Plan and execute events, exhibitions, or cultural programs to attract visitors.
Train staff/guides for effective storytelling and customer engagement.
Collaborate with management to introduce new concepts or themes.
4. General & Cross-Functional
Act as the single point of contact for all store operations.
Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Maintain financial accountability: daily sales, expense tracking, and reporting.
Ensure security, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Report directly to senior management with updates on performance and operations.
Desired Profile:
5+ years of experience in retail/store operations, preferably with exposure to lifestyle, art, or hospitality.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask across retail, creative, and cultural domains.
Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
