Responsible for end-to-end store operations in an electrical & electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, ERP-based documentation, and seamless coordination with production and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of electrical/electronic components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Ensure accurate inward/outward entries in ERP systems (Tally or equivalent).
Implement FIFO/LIFO, material codification, and shelf-life tracking.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and maintenance to avoid shortages and downtime.
Conduct stock audits, reconcile variances, and maintain EHS/5S compliance.
Lead store staff and prepare periodic inventory and movement reports.
Requirements:
8-9 years' experience in store management within a manufacturing setup (electrical/electronic preferred).
Strong ERP and MS Excel skills; knowledge of ISO, 5S, and lean inventory practices.
Good leadership, organization, and communication skills.
