Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales targets and KPIs for the store and team members.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff; manage schedules and performance reviews.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team for replenishments.
Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store hygiene.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and reporting through POS systems.
Ensure implementation of promotions, discount offers, and brand campaigns.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Retail or Sales Management).
3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong sales acumen and understanding of customer behavior.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (Excel, Email).
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
