Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Performance:

Achieve sales targets, develop strategies, monitor KPIs (conversion, ticket size), and analyze performance data.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales associates; conduct performance reviews; manage schedules.

Customer Experience:

Build strong customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure service excellence to foster loyalty.

Operations:

Oversee daily operations, cash handling, security protocols, opening/closing, and compliance.

Inventory Management:

Manage stock levels, order replenishment, conduct audits, minimize shrinkage, and ensure stock accuracy.

Merchandising:

Plan and execute visual displays, maintain store presentation, and ensure brand guidelines are met.

Marketing & Events:

Coordinate promotional activities and events with marketing teams.

Reporting:

Prepare sales reports and financial performance updates for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven retail management experience, ideally in luxury goods or jewelry. Strong sales background and leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Deep product knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and watches. Analytical skills for sales data. Ability to handle high-value items and sensitive transactions.
