Lead daily store operations and ensure premium customer service.
Achieve sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
Handle inventory, stock audits, and gold/cash management.
Train and supervise staff on sales, product knowledge, and Tanishq service standards.
Maintain store ambience, visual merchandising, and brand SOPs.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with HO teams.
Requirements:
4-8 years of retail/luxury/jewellery experience.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Understanding of jewellery operations, billing, and stock control.
