Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Jewellery store, ensuring sales targets are met, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining brand standards, and leading the store team effectively. you will be responsible for leading the store team of 15-20 people, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and managing daily operations efficiently. You will be the face of Titan at the store level and uphold its values of trust, innovation, and excellence.

Sales & Customer Service

Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and a personalized shopping experience.
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve them promptly.
Train team on product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement.

Store Operations

Manage opening, closing, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
Maintain proper visual merchandising and cleanliness as per Titan guidelines.
Coordinate with the HO for stock replenishments and new launches.

Team Management

Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance standards.
Schedule duty rosters, assign tasks, and ensure optimal staff coverage.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Maintain records for sales, stock, petty cash, and attendance.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Area or Zonal Managers.

Store Manager will be key owner of all responsibilities of the store end to end

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
