Job Summary

:

We are seeking for a Store Manager who would be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a jewellery showroom, ensuring high standards in customer service, staff management, sales performance, inventory control, and compliance. This leadership role is critical in maintaining brand reputation, meeting revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Store Operations Management

:

Manage all day-to-day showroom operations efficiently. Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-stocked, and adheres to brand standards. Maintain showroom security, safety, and cleanliness.

2. Sales & Customer Experience

:

Drive store sales and meet/exceed monthly and annual targets. Handle VIP clients and ensure personalized customer experiences. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionals. Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

:

Ensure accurate stock records and inventory levels. Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team. Supervise inward and outward movement of jewellery items.

5. Compliance & Reporting

:

Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, SOPs, and legal compliance (e.g., hallmarking, billing, KYC). Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS. Monitor and control store expenses within allocated budgets.

6. Marketing & Promotions

:

Implement in-store marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions. Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions or events. Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
