To follow-up overall inventory management
Taking physical inventory once a month to cross check with the monthly
inventory report.
Daily Stock Management, SRV?s, MIR, Issue Slip, Mtc, Ledger etc Updation.
Rejection controlling & analysis.
Improve material handling system.
Daily meeting with staff for Daily production planning.
Maintaining recording & Documents.
Monthly audit of store
Stock of FG material
Records of dispatch handling
