If you have extensive experience (8+ years) in the fashion jewellery industry, possess strong leadership skills, and can manage store operations, inventory, and customer experience seamlessly, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to deliver top-notch customer service.
Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintain a high level of store discipline, visual merchandising, and brand
representation.
Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
Handle high-value transactions and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Foster strong relationships with VIPs and returning customers to drive brand loyalty.
Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Manage the inflow and outflow of inventory with precision.
Maintain accurate stock records using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.).
Conduct stock audits and reconciliations to avoid discrepancies.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels.
Utilize Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs for efficient reporting.
Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Take proactive decisions in sales, team management, and store operations.
Identify challenges and provide quick, smart solutions to enhance store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and brand standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Fashion Jewellery retail.
Strong leadership & team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) & retail management software.
Smart, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for luxury retail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
