Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the apparel retail store in Gurgaon
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints professionally
Maintain store hygiene and compliance with brand standards
Track store KPIs (conversion rate, average bill value, footfall, etc.)
Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing team for promotions and seasonal campaigns
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 7years in managing a retail apparel store (Ethnic or Fashionwear preferred)
Location Preference:
Candidates currently residing in Gurgaon.
Skills:
Team management and leadership
Customer service excellence
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Excel)
Preferred Background:
Worked with leading Indian ethnic wear or apparel brands
Proven track record of store performance and team management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
