Job Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet these goals Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times Develop and manage store budgets and maintain financial records Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Deal with customer queries, complaints and feedback
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
