Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of sales targets. Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation. Manage visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve individual and team goals. Track inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with the warehouse team. Handle billing, cash management, and ensure adherence to company SOPs. Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and overall store hygiene. Manage customer feedback, complaints, and provide effective resolutions. Support HR in staff training, scheduling, and performance appraisals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in Apparel Retail

(Ethnic wear experience preferred). Strong leadership and team-handling abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
