Team leadership:

Supervise and lead the sales team, fostering a positive and high performance work culture.

Provide guidance, support and mentorship to team members.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.

Customer Relationship:

Handel customer inquiry, feedback and complaints effectively.

Build strong customer relationship to drive repeat business.

Stock management:

Oversee inventory level ensure and accurate stock management.
