CayroShop is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our physical outlet. This role focuses on boosting sales, managing inventory, motivating staff, and building a customer-first environment. The right candidate will help strengthen our brand image, increase ROI, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Eligibility:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in store management, electronics, or e-commerce retail.
2. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail tools.
3. Prior experience or similar outlets is highly valued.
4. Excellent communication, persuasion, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee smooth day -to -day operations of the store.
2. Lead train and motivate employees to achieve sales target.
3. Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and maintain accurate records.
4. Create strategies to boost revenue and improve ROI.
5. Maintain a welcoming and well-organized outlet ensuring great customer experience.
6. Support reporting, billing and performance analysis.
