Job Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage P&L and team development, and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Master all menu items and preparation techniques
Manage store P&L and unit economics
Provide leadership and foster positive team environment
Develop efficient staff scheduling
Serve as point of contact for B2B and subscription orders
Conduct internal audits for operational compliance
Coordinate with suppliers and corporate clients
Lead daily performance and planning meetings
Conduct review sessions to implement improvements
Requirements:
High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
4+ years kitchen experience including management
Advanced understanding of kitchen operations
Demonstrated leadership abilities
