We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Store Manager
to lead daily operations, manage a retail team, and drive store performance. This role ensures smooth operations, strong customer service, and a well-stocked, organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
: Create staff schedules, support team training, and onboard new employees.
Customer Service
: Maintain high satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Sales & Promotion
: Drive foot traffic and sales through effective merchandising and local marketing.
Inventory Control
: Monitor stock levels, place restocking orders, and ensure well-organized shelves.
Vendor Coordination
: Communicate with vendors to manage inventory and store services.
Financial Oversight
: Manage cash transactions, budgets, and sales records.
Safety & Compliance
: Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations with regular checks.
Customer Engagement
: Inform customers of offers and help guide their purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail, business, or related fields
2+ years of experience in store or retail team management
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage sales targets, inventory systems, and vendor relationships
Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Office, POS systems)
