Store Manager

to lead operations and build customer relationships at this prestigious location.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

: Drive in-store sales and meet monthly revenue targets.

Customer Experience

: Deliver exceptional service to HNI, luxury, and corporate clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships.

Team Management

: Recruit, train, and lead a small team of sales associates. Monitor performance and ensure high morale and productivity.

Visual Merchandising

: Ensure that product displays, store aesthetics, and brand guidelines are followed impeccably.

Inventory Control

: Manage stock levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the central warehouse.

Reporting

: Maintain daily sales reports, footfall analysis, and customer feedback for HO review.

Brand Promotion

: Coordinate in-store events, influencer visits, and gifting campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Who Are You:

Graduate or postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in premium/luxury retail. Prior experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in lifestyle, fashion, or luxury goods retail is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities. Sales-driven, with an eye for detail and a passion for premium products.

Salary:

?35,000 - ?40,000/month
