We are hiring a

Store Manager

to lead operations at our premium audio-video store. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong interest in technology and luxury electronics. You will be responsible for team management, customer handling, store operations, stock and inventory, and conducting live product demos.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and demonstrate all high-end AV products to customers. Handle walk-in clients and convert visits into high-value sales. Train and supervise store staff to ensure service excellence. Manage inventory, stock entries, and daily reporting. Coordinate with backend teams for procurement and deliveries. Maintain showroom display and ensure all demo units are functional. Handle customer queries and post-sale follow-ups if required.

Requirements

Graduate in any field. 3+ years of retail experience (AV/electronics preferred). Quick learner with interest in technology and gadgets. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure. Basic computer skills for billing and inventory software.

Bonus Skills

Prior experience with audio-video equipment or home theaters. Worked with premium or luxury product brands.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
