Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of retail employees.
Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance evaluation to staff.
Inventory & Merchandising:
Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock to prevent loss.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively on the sales floor.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment.
Operations & Administration:
Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Manage store budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
Maintain financial and statistical records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
