Key Responsibilities:
Achieve store sales targets and KPIs (UPT, ABV, Conversion, ASP, etc.)
Drive a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Manage and mentor store staff -- hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.
Ensure smooth store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Control operational costs and minimize losses by adhering to processes and inventory checks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
3-6 years of relevant experience in retail operations (Apparel, Footwear, Lifestyle, or similar).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems (POS systems knowledge is an advantage).
Fluent in English and local language.
