to manage and oversee all store operations within our Handicraft/Hardgoods manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in store management, inventory control, and material handling specific to the handicraft or hardgoods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper record of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure accurate stock management and daily updating of inventory.
Handle receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with production and purchase departments for material requirements.
Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and maintain documentation.
Monitor stock levels and plan for material replenishment.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper storage conditions in the store area.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Support audit and compliance requirements related to store operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma holder in any stream.
2-5 years of experience
in Store Department within
Handicraft or Hardgoods industry
is a must.
Good knowledge of inventory software (ERP/Tally/MS Excel).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination abilities
