Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high service standards.
Manage store inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Handle billing accuracy, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
Train and develop staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store procedures.
Implement visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve store performance.
Prepare and submit regular sales and operations reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management (footwear, apparel, or lifestyle preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of POS/billing systems and basic MS Office.
Goal-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
