Store Manager

to lead its exclusive

Luxury Watches Store

in Haldwani. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing a premium brand outlet and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the luxury watch store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets Ensure world-class customer service standards, catering to high-profile clientele Maintain strong visual merchandising and uphold premium brand presentation Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and timely replenishment Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service in a professional manner Prepare sales reports, team performance updates, and store audits Ensure team grooming, discipline, and adherence to company standards

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience

managing a luxury/premium retail store (watches, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle segments preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Well-versed in client handling, team coordination, and sales strategy Proficient in retail operations, billing systems, and inventory management Professional grooming and presentation, with fluency in English & Hindi
