Roles and Responsibilities Role: An ASM / Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, makingsure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating businessstrategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.As the Store Manager, one will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store.
Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developingbusiness strategies.
The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. Inaddition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadershipand interpersonal skills.
