Key ResponsibilitiesStore & Inventory Management

Maintain proper records of raw material, semi-finished, and finished goods Ensure accurate stock entries in registers / ERP (if applicable) Conduct regular physical stock verification Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages in advance
Inward & Outward Handling

Manage inward material receipt, checking quantity and quality Coordinate with purchase team for GRN and discrepancies Handle dispatch of finished goods as per production and sales instructions Ensure proper documentation (challans, gate passes, invoices coordination)
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams Daily reporting of stock movement to management Inform management about damaged, rejected, or slow-moving stock
Store Discipline & Safety

Ensure clean, organized, and labeled storage Follow basic safety norms for material handling Prevent material loss, misuse, or damage
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years experience in store management (manufacturing preferred) Experience in hardware / metal / ironmongery industry is a plus Basic knowledge of inventory systems, Excel, or ERP Ability to handle workers and loaders Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
