Responsibilities: Store Management (Receiving and Issue Section). \xef\x82\xb7 GRN/MIV/STN/RGP/NRGP/RMGP/JCC. \xef\x82\xb7 BOP, RM, imported parts, SFG, SPD, and packing stores section. \xef\x82\xb7 Adhere to the FIFO system for child parts, spares, RM, and PM. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintained 5\xe2\x80\x99S\xe2\x80\x99 both inside and outside the store dept. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with internal and external auditors. \xef\x82\xb7 Conversant with GST procedural activities. \xef\x82\xb7 Internal plant transfer and tracking of material movement. \xef\x82\xb7 Hazardous analysis and identification of risks prepare JHA for all jobs and HSE performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Rejection Disposal, Dead Stock, Obsolete Item, Deviation, Expired Product Handling Validation. \xef\x82\xb7 Material handling equipment is taken care of by AMCs and all \'\'HSE norms\'\' are followed. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with the production, PPC, and purchase departments for all material shortages and the availability of the same within the time limit. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaisoning with CFTs such as Purchase, Accounts, Quality, PPC, Excise, and Production. \xef\x82\xb7 Planned a daily review of SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity) related to the store\xe2\x80\x99s department and submitted the reports to management promptly. \xef\x82\xb7 External and internal audit compliance, perpetual stock taking, 100% annual stock verification, and overall inventory analysis. \xef\x82\xb7 Followed 100% compliance with the company policies and procedures to maintain the dept.
