Job Description

The requirement for the position is as below:

The Candidate will be responsible for goods receiving, verifying incoming material, recording all incoming material in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy of documentation, timely GR in SAP & Proper Binning of the material to it's respective location.

Key Responsibilities:

# GR & Verification -

-

Receiving incoming shipments (Domestic & Imports) as per delivery schedule.

- Check physical quantity and packing condition agaisnt PO/Invoice/Challan.

- Report Discrepancies, shortages, wrong and damage to Domestic & Import Vendor.

# System & Documentation -

- Create Warehouse task and post GR in WMS system correctly.

- Maintain proper records of invoices, challans on which gate entry stamped on it.

- Ensure company's SOPs & KPI

# Coordination -

- Coordinate with planner and custom person for urgent GR & clearance of goods.

- Follow up with the transporter/vendors in case of missing shipments or early delievery of shipment.

#Binning

- Ensure timely binning/put away of received materials.

# Floor Management & maintain 5s.

# Team Handling

Skills:

1. The candidate should have good MS Office skills, well versed in Advance Excel (i.e. - Lookup, Pivot, Sumif, Countif, Data matching, Index Match, Data Validation, Shortcut Keys etc...)

2. Experience - 5+ Yrs.

3. The candidate should be from Noida, Gr Noida & GZB only.

4. Ready to Join Immediate.

5. The Candidate's qualification should be graduatation minimum.

6. The Candidate should have SAP knowledge.

7. The Candidate should have strong writing & communication skills.

The Job Location is Sector -80, Noida, UP.

Preference given to immediate joiner.
