Job Summary
We are looking for a Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our Rajkot outlet independently. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the store and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage full store operations independently
Assist and guide customers on products and services
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth service
Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and product display
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports
Coordinate with head office for stock, pricing, and promotionsRequirements
Graduate preferred
2-3 years of retail store experience (beauty/FMCG/fashion preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of POS billing and stock management
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
