Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate
sales consultants, cashiers, and support staff

Prepare
staff rosters

Conduct
daily briefings and monthly reviews
with the team.
Ensure grooming, discipline, and professional conduct of staff.
Customer Experience
Deliver a
premium and personalized customer experience

Handle

Reporting & MIS
Prepare and submit

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in jewelry retail, with
2+ years as Store Manager
.
Strong knowledge of
gold, diamond, gemstones, and jewelry processes
.
Excellent
leadership, negotiation, and customer handling skills
.
Proficiency in
POS systems, CRM software, and MS Excel
.
Understanding of
retail compliance, audit processes, and SOPs
.
Presentable personality with strong communication skills.
