Customer Service & Experience
Ensure every customer receives quick, courteous, and accurate service.

Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Profitability
Achieve sales targets and implement local store marketing initiatives.
Manage cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and cost control.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all statutory and company policies (FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene, etc.) are followed.
