Store Manager - Kids Wear Brand (Short Responsibilities)
Handle day-to-day store operations smoothly.
Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Manage staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Maintain store display and visual merchandising as per brand standards.
Monitor stock, reduce shrinkage, and conduct regular audits.
Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and a child-friendly environment.
Train new joiners and ensure all HR & company policies are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
