Job Description

:

Develop business strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance

Coordinate with the cluster managers and area mangers on a regular bases.

Keep a track of daily sales

Keep a track of stock requirements and coordinate with the respective teams on the same.

Adhering the guidelines of Apple for Merchandising.

Organizing Training & Development programs / sessions for the Store team.

Train and prepare the team about Mystery Audit to achieve 100% score. Monitor the team awareness of Mystery Audit by conducting mock sessions.

Requirement:

Candidate must have a bachelors degree or Business administration

4 + years of work experience

Proven experience of store Management ( IT Hardware)
