Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive store profitability and achieve sales, revenue, and margin targets.

Develop and execute business plans to maximize performance and growth opportunities.

Analyze store performance metrics (conversion, ATV, ASP, footfall, etc.) and implement improvement actions.

Identify local market trends and customer preferences to optimize product assortment.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team.

Set individual and team KPIs; monitor performance and ensure accountability.

Foster a culture of service excellence, brand passion, and teamwork.

Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Iconic brand ethos and service standards.

Build and nurture relationships with high-value customers and influencers.

Drive initiatives for clienteling, loyalty, and customer retention.

Oversee day-to-day store operations including inventory control, VM, and SOP adherence.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (VM, merchandising, marketing, HR, finance) for seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Maintain superior store ambience and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

Ensure consistent representation of all partner brands within the store.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
