Role Overview

We are looking for a Store / Warehouse Executive to handle day-to-day warehouse operations -- including stock management, order processing, packing, dispatch coordination, and basic follow-ups with customers and courier partners. The role requires attention to detail, ownership, and coordination across departments to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Handling & Inventory Management

Receive and record inward stock from suppliers. Maintain daily records of stock movement (inward & outward). Assist in regular stock counting and reporting discrepancies. Keep storage areas organized and labeled properly.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Process sales orders and prepare material for dispatch. Handle product packing, labeling, and documentation for courier pickup. Coordinate with courier companies for timely pickup and delivery. Follow up with customers to confirm delivery status.
3. Coordination & Follow-Ups

Coordinate with the sales team for order updates. Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed. Support in preparing purchase orders when required.
4. Administrative Support

Maintain dispatch and stock registers (manual or software). Prepare daily / weekly reports on stock and dispatch status. Assist in filing invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documents.
Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and documentation. Good coordination and communication skills. Hands-on experience with MS Excel or inventory software. Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
