Role Purpose
To act as the local head of the franchise store, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, customer satisfaction, compliance with HO policies, and disciplined management of staff, stock, and cash.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily store opening & closing, floor operations, and customer service.
Oversee stock receipt, replenishment, audits, and inventory accuracy.
Manage billing, daily cash reconciliation, and compliance with company policies.
Drive sales performance by monitoring targets, implementing promotions, and building customer relationships.
Supervise and train staff on customer handling, product knowledge, and SOP adherence.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to HO on sales, stock, and staff performance.
Ensure audit readiness, safety compliance, and store discipline at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business/Commerce or equivalent.
3-5 years' experience in retail store management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and retail SOPs.
Ability to manage cash, sales, and staff effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
