Store Manager - Packaging Film Manufacturing About the Role

We are hiring a

Store Manager

to oversee

raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods inventory

at our packaging film factory. The role involves stock management, documentation, and coordination with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

inventory of polymers, masterbatches, additives, packaging materials, and finished films

. Ensure

timely issue of materials

to production and coordinate dispatch of finished goods. Maintain accurate

ERP/Excel records

of stock movement. Conduct regular stock audits and follow FIFO/FEFO methods. Supervise and guide store staff for smooth operations.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in

Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field

. 2-5 years' experience in

store/inventory management

(manufacturing/packaging preferred). Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and inventory best practices. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
