Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Mem Nagar Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Timing: Flexible

Job Summary: As a Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

2. Staff Management:- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store staff.- Schedule employees and manage their performance.- Motivate team members to achieve sales goals.

3. Sales and Inventory:- Help manage inventory levels and ensure stock is available.- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.- Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.

4. Operational Support:- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Assist in managing budgets and controlling expenses.

5. Store Maintenance:- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.- Oversee the maintenance of store equipment and facilities.

Additional Requirement:- Willingness to travel to different locations across India at any time for store visits, training sessions, or other business purposes.

Require:- Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Proficient in basic computer skills and retail management software.

- A positive attitude and a passion for retail.

Education:- High school diploma or equivalent;

- A degree in business or related field is a plus
